Korang dah tengok video review min pasal PRISM+ Aura tu? Kalau belum, tengoklah dulu!
Seriously, min dah test benda ni hampir dua minggu, and nak share apa yang best and apa yang meh.
Kita Malaysian ni kan, selalu kena masalah jerebut, dekat construction site tak pun rumah tepi jalan raya, ada pets, and then humidity lagi tinggi… benda-benda ni lah yang buat indoor air quality jadi teruk habis. Air purifier dah jadi macam benda yang penting sekali, tapi air purifier yang ni worth it ke? Jom kita dive in!
First Impression: Design & Look
First time unpacking, min macam, “Wah, compact juga.” Compared dengan air purifier gergasi yang aku pernah tengok kat rumah orang, PRISM+ Aura ni kecik je. Ada dua color – Alpine White (yang min dapat) and Space Grey.
Bila letak kat sudut bilik pun tak mengganggu eye sight, and berat dia cuma 2.35 kg je bro. Maksudnya boleh angkat dengan satu tangan, bawa pegi mana-mana room dalam rumah. Tak payah pergi gym dulu sebelum korang nak angkat air purifier ni, haha!
Yang bestnya, ada LED display kat depan yang legit show “happy face” bila air quality bagus. Tapi min rasa macam ada sokong emosi daripada air purifier pun ada juga. Vibe dia modern, clean, tak rimas tengok.
Power ke tak?
Okay, straight to the point.For the price and size, memang power la. Aura guna 3-layer filtration:
- Pre-Filter – tangkap bulu kucing, rambut, debu kasar
- True HEPA H13 – claim boleh tangkap 99.97% particles kecil gila (0.3 microns)
- Carbon Filter – untuk neutralize bau (macam bau masak kari ikan atau bau rokok dari jiran sebelah)
Min test guna “professional air quality meter” yang dah lama wujud dekat muka min, Even bila masak sambal belacan (yang korang tahu sendiri how strong the smell is), Aura manage to clear that smell dalam masa 15-20 minit on high setting.
Peranti ni boleh cover room sekitar 17 m², so ngam untuk bilik tidur standard size kat Malaysia. Kalau korang tinggal kat apartment atau condo, ini perfect size. Tak perlu beli yang lagi besar and buang karen je.
Smart Features: Smart ke tak Smart?
This part yang aku suka gila – the smart features actually useful, not just gimmicks!
- Auto Mode – ini yang min guna most of the time. Dia detect air quality sendiri and adjust fan speed. Bila ada pembakaran terbuka fuh laju je switch mode.
- App Control – PRISM+ Connect app actually not bad. Quite stable, tak lag, and interface mudah navigate. Dari cubaan min sendiri app tu boleh install kat iPhone 5SE min yang dah takde support iOS. Boleh control from anywhere! (Min pernah on air purifier dari tempat kerja sebab teringat nak “clear “bersihkan” udara sebelum balik rumah)
- Sleep Mode – Super silent. Min heavy sleeper jadi tak pernah detect bunyi-bunyi. Official specs kata 30 dB, tapi honestly macam 25 dB je – hampir macam tak dengar langsung.
- Google Home – Boleh integrate dengan Google Home, so min just cakap “Hey Google, turn on the air purifier” and terus jadi. Perfect bila malas nak bangkit dari bed.
Tapi takde Apple HomeKit support la, so kalau korang hardcore Apple ecosystem user, take note.
Brader, Berapa Damage?
- White model: RRP RM429
- Grey model: RRP RM449
Tapi korang tahu la PRISM+ ni… sentiasa ada sale. Min rasa kalau korang rajin tunggu sales macam 7.7 or 11.11, confirm dapat cheaper, mungkin even RM379.
Filter replacement sekitar RM99 per filter (which needs to be changed roughly once a year). Boleh beli bundle 3 for RM249 to save sikit.
Compared dengan competitors dalam market:
- Xiaomi punya around RM300-350 (cheaper sikit tapi build quality not as nice)
- Philips start dari RM600+ for similar specs
- Dyson start dari RM2000++ (bro, aku tak mampu)
So Aura ni actually sits nicely in the middle – tak terlalu cheap sampai rasa low quality, tapi tak mahal sangat sampai kena jual buah pinggang.
Real Talk: Pros and Cons
What’s Good ✅
- Compact & lightweight – tak makan space, senang nak adjust position
- Actually does its job – air quality improves for real, tak tipu
- Auto mode works well – tak payah control manually all the time
- Very quiet – especially on low/sleep mode
- App surprisingly ok – tidak lag, interface senang guna
- Value for money – features vs price ratio quite solid
What’s Meh ❌
- Can’t cover large spaces – forget about using in your huge living room
- Filter replacement not cheap – but also not ridiculous
Final Thoughts: Buy or Skip?
After using Aura for almost a month for my video review, my conclusion is simple:
Is it worth buying? For most Malaysians, YES.
If you:
- Stay in apartment/condo with standard size rooms
- Got budget around RM400-500
- Want something that actually works , you need it for your baby or if you have Resdung or Sinusitis
- Need smart features
Then Aura ni solid choice. Tak perlu belanja RM1000+ untuk Dyson, this one does the job well enough for fraction of the price.
