Pavel Durov Didakwa Jadi Sasaran Dalam Waran Tangkap Kerajaan Perancis.

Pengasas dan CEO Telegram, Pavel Durov, telah ditangkap di Perancis pada 24 Ogos 2024. Penangkapan ini berlaku di lapangan terbang Le Bourget, berhampiran Paris, setelah Durov tiba dengan jet peribadinya.

Beliau ditahan kerana terdapat dakwaan Telegram digunakan untuk kegiatan jenayah, termasuk penyebaran kandungan berkaitan keganasan dan aktiviti jenayah lain.

Pihak berkuasa Perancis telah mengeluarkan waran tangkap sebagai sebahagian daripada siasatan terhadap kes ini. Tindakan ini juga dikaitkan dengan kegagalan Telegram mengawal aktiviti haram yang menggunakan platform tersebut.
